Shipping Costs

I work hard to get you the highest quality products for the lowest price. To get you the best deals I do not include free shipping as the cost of shipping would get rolled into the product price, and you would end up paying exponentially more!

Stickers

Stickers are shipped separately from all other purchases and come with free shipping!

Drop Shipping

All products, except stickers, are drop shipped from my suppliers. Each product is made upon order and shipped to you. Please allow time for your gifts to be carefully crafted and delivered to you.

Worldwide Shipping

Yes! We ship to all unicorns across the globe! All stickers are shipping from my location in New York, US and all other items are created by a variety of suppliers around the world. Your order is sent to the supplier that can get your purchase to you as quickly and safely as possible for you to enjoy!

Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

If there is an issue with your product I will offer a replacement or refund. Simply send me an email at ceragariepy@theworkingunicorn.com with a photo of the issue and your preference of a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery and I will take care of the rest! We do not offer returns, replacements, or refunds for items that were ordered in the wrong size or color.

COVID-19

The e-commerce industry has exploded due to the onset of COVID-19. Some suppliers are experiencing product shortages, regional restrictions, or personnel shortages. Please be patient as we work through these difficulties together.

The Multi-Use Face Masks we offer are not rated to protect you against COVID-19. Please reference the CDC Guidelines for how to best protect yourself from the coronavirus.
